Q: Where is your office located?
A: We are located South of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. From Pittsburgh, take I-279 South to I-79 South. Take Exit 41/Meadowlands. At end of ramp, make left onto Racetrack Road. Go 1.1 mile and turn right onto Route 19 South. Go 0.4 mile and turn right onto Fischer Road. Stonecreek will be on the left side.
Q: What is your pet policy?
A: We do not allow any pets over 50 lbs. and we also have breed restrictions. If you ever plan on having a pet, you will need to reserve your right to have one when you sign the lease. Also, you will need to submit a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit after the pet is approved. If you renew your lease, you will not have to pay the pet deposit again.
Q: Are utilities included with the rent?
A: No, you will be responsible for your gas, water, and electric. You will need to pay the garbage fee with your first month's rent. The cost is $140 for a one bedroom apartment, $160 for a two bedroom apartment, and $180 for a three bedroom apartment.
Q: How long are your leases?
A: We offer leases for six and twelve months.
Q: What are your amenities?
A: We have a heated swimming pool, a clubhouse, fitness trail, business center, basketball court, playground, and high speed internet.
